Responsibilities

Seahorse Pole Shop is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the Seahorse Pole Shop website, including for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to Seahorse Pole Shop.

Technical Information

The technical information included in the Seahorse Pole Shop website is obtained from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalogue. Seahorse Pole Shop, therefore, reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalogue, based on what will be communicated by the producers, even without any prior notice.

Product Availability

In the product catalog published on the Seahorse Pole Shop website, since access and the possibility of placing an order online change the availability of the product in real time, Seahorse Pole Shop does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the goods ordered.

Risk and Ownership

The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with a charge on the invoice; in the event that the goods were shipped freight collect, upon indication of the customer, the risk is to be borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from its warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days via fax or registered letter with return receipt, to Seahorse Pole Shop to the relevant sales representative. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail. Any report beyond the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Orders

Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, or by fax, or via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order has been placed, or by electronic mail (E-mail), indicating the relevant order number; in the event that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or product shortage.

Prices

All prices entered on the site in the relevant column are prices including VAT. Prices may be changed at any time, without notice.

Returns and withdrawals

Returns and replacements must be agreed in advance via email. The cost of shipping the goods is borne by the customer. Seahorse Pole Shop reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after accepting the order, to those customers who are out of credit, or with unpaid debts or in dispute.

ODR clause

Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 14 of EU regulation no. 524/2013, consumers resident in states belonging to the European Union are informed that for the resolution of disputes relating to this contract and the online services offered by this site, there is the possibility of resorting to the procedure of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), provided by the European Commission, and accessible at the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.
